To accomplish our quality policy, we operate a Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2000.
- Perform internal quality audits to improve work processes and assure quality of services
- Provide and manage site safety inspectors for projects to minimize incidents
- Perform operator qualifications training and testing per DOT regulations
- Perform new hire quality and safety training
- Continually seek work and process improvements in order to improve project execution
- Perform client feedback survey in order to enhance client satisfaction
- Write Quality, Health and Safety plans for each project and keep the construction site safe
- Provide safety training and safety inspectors for projects
- Perform safety audits and maintain safety records
- Produce quality services and deliverable by improved work processes
- Train and test on-site personnel to meet Operator Qualified DOT 192 and 195 OQ requirements
- Perform quality audits to assure quality of work meets client contract obligations and the applicable statutory and code requirements
