  • Perform internal quality audits to improve work processes and assure quality of services
  • Provide and manage site safety inspectors for projects to minimize incidents
  • Perform operator qualifications training and testing per DOT regulations
  • Perform new hire quality and safety training
  • Continually seek work and process improvements in order to improve project execution
  • Perform client feedback survey in order to enhance client satisfaction
  • Write Quality, Health and Safety plans for each project and keep the construction site safe
  • Provide safety training and safety inspectors for projects
  • Perform safety audits and maintain safety records
  • Produce quality services and deliverable by improved work processes
  • Train and test on-site personnel to meet Operator Qualified DOT 192 and 195 OQ requirements
  • Perform quality audits to assure quality of work meets client contract obligations and the applicable statutory and code requirements
