Survey, engineering design, mapping, drafting and project management for approximately 240-miles of 42-inch high pressure natural gas pipeline for Gulf South's East Texas to Mississippi Expansion Project. The pipeline is extended from Keatchie, Louisiana to Harrisville, Mississippi with three compressor stations located in Panola County, Texas, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana and Madison Parish, Louisiana. The project included five (5) meter stations for the measurement of receipt and delivery of natural gas transported.

Gulf Crossing Project

Survey, engineering design, mapping, drafting and project management for 355-miles of 42-inch high pressure natural gas pipeline extended from Sherman, Texas to Tallulah, Louisiana. The project also included two compressor stations in Texas and two compressor stations in Louisiana and five meter stations for the measurement and delivery of gas transported within the new pipeline system.

Alliance Pipeline Company – Alliance Pipeline USA Portion

Survey, GIS/GPS, Inspection, As-Built Survey & Mapping, Project Management, Detailed Design, Feasibility Study, FEED, FERC, & Cost Estimate, for 888 miles of 36" natural gas pipeline and seven compressor stations from Canada to markets near Chicago. This project was unique because it transported natural gas in a high pressure dense phase and automatic welding machines were used for pipeline construction.

Kern River Gas Transmission – Williams Gas Pipeline

EPCM, Survey, As- Built Survey & Mapping, Inspection, and GIS Data Loading for 682 miles of 36-inch pipeline from Evanston, Wyoming thru Utah and Nevada to Mojave, California, and 119 miles of 42-inch pipeline in California. UPI provided approximately 82 crews at peak time of the project and also provided: preliminary, pre-construction staking, and as-built surveys; plat and description mapping; GPS Technician Support and GIS support.

Enbridge – Vector Pipeline

EPCM, Preliminary and As-Built Survey, & Inspection services for 270 miles of 42” pipeline in Illinois, Indiana, & Michigan.

Transwestern Pipeline and Station Projects

Construction Management, As-Built Survey, & Inspection services for 150 miles of 30- inch and 36- inch gas transmission pipeline from Gallup to Farmington, New Mexico and 25 miles of 36 inch gas pipeline from Topak, Arizona to Needles, California; that included three major river crossings. UniversalPegasus also inspected the installation of the grassroots Bloomfield compressor station in New Mexico and the addition of compressor units at a station in Kingsman, Arizona.

Texas Department of Transportation

UniversalPegasus performed GPS positioning and inventory of 144,000 miles of county roads in Texas for the purpose of including their exact location on the State of Texas GIS Database. Work included transversing all roads with a truck mounted mobile GPS unit and satellite base station. Sub-meter accuracy was obtained for horizontal and vertical geographical positions.

Swift Energy Oil Delivery System Project

UniversalPegasus provided engineering services to Swift Energy to boost production of a 35,000 BPD Oil Delivery System, incorporating tankage, charging pumps, LACT Unit, shipping pumps, and departing pipeline with associated generators and air supply unit located in Louisiana. The scope of work included the design of four shallow water platforms, a barge load-out facility with a Marine Vapor Combustion System (MVCS), a barge LACT unit, and an 8 inch departing pipeline. Also, this project included the design and layout of topsides equipment, piping, and pipe supports and electrical and automation equipment.

SACROC Project

UniversalPegasus provided engineering, procurement, construction inspection and commissioning and start-up support services for the addition of a third process train at Kinder Morgan's existing SACROC CO2 treating facility.

Westside Facility Project

UniversalPegasus performed a FEED study and provided engineering design, procurement assistance, construction inspection and commissioning assistance for a major inland waters grass-roots production facility located in Louisiana for Swift Energy. The facilities included vapor recovery compression, fuel gas conditioning to reduce BTU content, glycol dehydration and Sulfa-treat for gas treating and dual flare stacks for low and high pressure release.

CM3 Facility Project

UniversalPegasus performed a FEED study and provided engineering design, procurement assistance and construction inspection to add oil treating and gas compression capacity to an existing Swift Energy production facility in Louisiana's inland waters.

FPSO Ocean Producer Project

UniversalPegasus assisted Oceaneering International/Sonangol – Angola Africa - Ocean Producer–FPSO – with the design of a 30,000B WPD water treatment and injection system that was an addition to the existing production systems. The project included debottlenecking and general upgrades to the existing 10,000 BOPD production facility to increase effectiveness of crude emulsion handling. UniversalPegasus scope included process facilities, electrical, instrumentation, controls and structural.
