From shore approaches to deepwater, UniversalPegasus International (UPI) has experience with all aspects of project management, engineering & design and construction management of offshore pipelines and subsea systems. Our approach is one of practical design and fit-for-purpose installation technology focused on delivering cost effective completion and safe operation of offshore assets.

We support pipeline and subsea system projects from feasibility studies through commissioning. Our experience includes hot tap tie-ins, pipe-in-pipe systems, and Pipeline End Termination & Manifold (PLET/PLEM) design.

UPI’s end-to-end offshore project services also include development of field layout, flow assurance analysis, regulatory permitting coordination, technical definition for procurement and fabrication of subsea components, preparation of material and construction bid documents, inspection services, start up and commissioning and contractor management.

UniversalPegasus International’s (UPI) Power division, Peak Power Engineering, provides a comprehensive suite of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCm) services to the power industry including substation design, transmission line design, distribution systems engineering, industrial power systems, power quality, power system studies, project management, and construction management. We serve clients throughout the U.S. and Canada including rural electric co-operatives, large utility companies, wind/solar developers, the oil/gas industry, and other large industrial consumers. Since its inception in 1994, the Power division has performed over 1500 projects for the power industry, including over 450 substation/switchyard projects, over 350 transmission line and distribution projects, over 50 wind/solar farm interconnection projects, and hundreds of power system, power quality, and transmission study projects. In addition, UPI provides a broad array of integrated project solutions including siting/routing, ground/aerial survey, environmental survey/evaluation, GIS/mapping, and ROW/Land acquisition support.
